I have personally coached CEOs and senior executives across the globe from companies such as Arcadis, Target, Kmart, Acacia Mining, The Reject Shop, Sydney Water, HealthShare, Aither, AV1, Barminco, CIMIC, John Holland, Development Victoria, Mustard Creative, SAP, Blue Star Resources, Golden Star, Barrick Gold, Telstra, NAB, and the Australian Taxation Office.
Working in Canada in my 20s I was lucky enough to find an incredible mentor. He took me under his wing and taught me more about personal growth than I ever imagined. A fire was lit within me to truly become the greatest version of myself.
I came back to Australia and took a Government based, middle management position. I was determined to make a difference, but my fire was slowly being extinguished by morning elevators filled with spiritless, uninspired people.
That was the trigger to launch my career in coaching. Pretty soon I was working with CEOs, corporate executives, pro athletes, sporting teams and anyone seeking personal excellence.
The problem was, I was trying to be everything to everyone.
In 2012 I started working with organisations going through major transformations and I knew I had found my home. From the vision and strategy set by the Executive Team to the operational execution by the middle managers, business transformations are where all true Chiefs cut their teeth.
