Unlike other MBA programs, the MiniMBA in Leading High Performance Teams demands leaders use their very own organisation as a case study for the duration of the course, thereby driving performance improvement and business change in real-time.
Under the guidance of an experienced Executive Coach, leaders build their own Strategic Playbook to lead their people and business through change while also learning strategies and frameworks for stakeholder management, overcoming competing priorities and dealing with stress.
